Bible Verses for Thanksgiving and Gratitude

Use this sequence during national thanksgiving holidays, parish stewardship launches, or personal gratitude challenges.

  1. #1 — Psalm 102(103):1-2

    “Bless the Lord, O my soul, and all that is within me, bless His holy name.”

    “Give thanks to the Lord, for He is good, for His mercy endures forever.”

After each verse, invite groups to name one gift they received this year and record it in a communal gratitude journal.
