Morning Offering to Christ
Begin the day by placing every task in the hands of Christ, asking for guidance, purity of thought, and love toward all whom you will meet.
O Lord, grant that I may meet all that this coming day brings with spiritual tranquility. Grant that I may fully surrender myself to Your holy will.
In every hour of this day, direct and support me in all things. Whatever news may reach me, teach me to accept it with a peaceful soul and the firm conviction that all is subject to Your holy will.
In all my deeds and words guide my thoughts and feelings. In unforeseen events, let me not forget that all is sent by You. Teach me to act firmly and wisely without embittering or embarrassing others.
Give me strength to bear the fatigue of the coming day with all that it shall bring. Direct my will, teach me to pray, and pray Yourself within me. For Yours is the glory, unto ages of ages. Amen.
